Women of Strength Fitness and Lifestyle Training offers a variety of training programs and options to suit your goals and preferences.

Bootcamp Classes
Outdoor Fitness classes that produce results!

Run Your Butt Training Classes
An 8 week progressive walk to run program combined with twice weekly coached group runs and regular email support will assist you to "unleash your inner runner!".

Inner Strength Workshop Series :
Classroom learning designed specifically to address concerns and issues related to the health and wellness of women. This series is designed and recommended to be attended in its entirety, but drop ins are also accepted.

One on One Coaching and Training:
From individual sessions, to group training and online support. These sessions can be done in your home, in the Women of Strength training studio, or outdoors. A variety of options are available, or call to create a package that works best for you.

Program Design / Online Training
Looking for a training program you can follow yourself? Perfect for people who are out of town or unable to attend classes. Tailored programs for your individual goals and abilities with email support and contact.

Corporate Lunch and Learns, Keynote Speaking and Workshop Design
Amber Dawn Morris is an experienced professional speaker that can provide motivational, informational and educational keynotes, workshops or lunch and learns for your group, event or company.
