Yummy Mummy Bootcamp with baby is an outdoor fitness class designed for new moms looking to drop the baby weight...but not the baby! Incorporating babies into the workout allows you to bond with your baby, as well as meet other new moms in a supportive environment. This training combines functional strength training with cardiovascular training for a fast paced, challenging and FUN workout that produces RESULTS!
Program Features:
- Cardiovascular Training- strollercize, running, skipping, jumping and other HIGH CALORIE BURNING activities
- Strength Training- using resistance tubing, wobble boards, gravity and your own body weight as well as your baby, you will tone your arms, strengthen and shape your legs and chisel your abs and core to create a smoking hot and functionally fit body!
- Pilates and Stretching- create long lean muscles and a body that does what you want it to, free from restrictions and injury!
- Did we mention FUN?? This workout is so much fun that you will forget it is a workout. Time flies, sweat pours and results take shape while you are having the time of your life with other moms and the most kick butt trainer you will ever meet!

* In order to participate in this class, you must be a minimum of 6 weeks post delivery, and 8 weeks post c-section. You will need a sturdy jogging stroller that your baby fits well in and has appropriate neck support for the age of your infant. If your baby is less that 3 months old, additional neck and head support is necessary.
