Women of Strength Lighter & Tighter Strength & Conditioning Classes
An indoor training program designed to help you sculpt a lighter, tighter and stronger body.
The class will be limited to 6 participants to ensure that each person receives maximum attention and coaching. These are small group personal training sessions and are the maximum value for dollar when it comes to personal training.
The classes are 3x per week and will focus on full body, compound strength training utilizing dumbells, body weight and balance training tools to ensure you are becoming functionally fit well as sexy, strong and sculpted.
