Women of Strength Basic Training combines functional strength training with cardiovascular training for a fast paced, challenging and FUN workout that produces RESULTS!
Program Features:
- Before and After Fitness Assessments and Measurements- measure and record your results!
- Cardiovascular Training- running, skipping, jumping and other HIGH CALORIE BURNING activities
- Strength Training- using 5lb or 8lb hand weights, resistance tubing, wobble boards, gravity and your own body weight, you will tone your arms, strengthen and shape your legs and chisel your abs and core to create a smoking hot and functionally fit body!
- Kickboxing Skills and Drills- learn the basic moves, relieve stress and jab, cross and roundhouse your way to a warrior's body!
- Pilates and Stretching- create long lean muscles and a body that does what you want it to, free from restrictions and injury!
- Did we mention FUN?? This workout is so much fun that you will forget it is a workout. Time flies, sweat pours and results take shape while you are having the time of your life with the coolest people in town and the most kick butt trainer you will ever meet!
