“Today is your starting point.” ~ Dionne Boutcher

“I would just like to start this email by letting you know how much the women of strength boot camp as impacted my life. Sept/08 is the day we started class, this was the day to start something new and end a lot of bad habits. In the last five weeks with the motivation of a great instructor, I have successfully quite smoking, started eating healthy, and now I have an understanding of what really is good for my body. I had been battling the quitting smoking for about 7 months. Since Sept/08 I have not had one drag of a cigarette. Now I know that this is a personal decision but with out having Dionne there to push me I do not believe I could have done it. With the boot camp I have been pushed ways I never thought possible. There were days were I wanted to give up but when I would get to work the next morning I would have some kind of inspiring email from Dionne that would make me want to try harder. I am now in better shape than I ever thought possible, and I can do a real push up :)

Right now with guidance from Dionne I have made this 30 day plan and its to start eat healthier, her hope is to show us that food is fuel. And after this whole thing when I have rock hard abs, I will show everyone and let them know that it was Women of
Strength that go me here!”

PS. Dionne is fricken unbelievably awesome!
